Elastic Bands for Radiant Floor Grates

Sometimes, during the installation of radiant floor heating, there may be differences in height between the floor and the heating body. In such cases, the grate may not fit into the channel and could be too low.
Or perhaps you need a radiant floor grate with an unusual height? We have several aluminum profile heights in stock, such as 30mm, 20mm, 18mm, 15mm, and 12mm. However, if you require a different height or if your cover grate is too low for any reason, we offer elastic rubber bands. Rubber bands are available with thicknesses ranging from 1 to 5mm. So, if you need a 23mm high radiant floor grate, you can purchase our standard 20mm high grate and a 3mm thick rubber band. This way, you can achieve the desired height.

Elastic bands serve additional functions:
1) Align the grates
2) Suppress noise when walking on the grates
3) Protect the radiant floor grates from scratches, making the grate double-sided over time
