Our extensive offer expands with another, unique product. As the first in Poland, perhaps also in Europe, we introduce aluminum grilles with wood-like coating. It is the same technique as powder coating, but thanks to the latest technology we obtain a wood structure. The surface is resistant to minor scratches, does not need to be renewed (as in the case of wood), and aluminum profiles under the coating are stronger than wooden rungs. All this makes the grille look like wood and can serve for many years.

Aluminium Trench Heating Grille
Trench heating grille manufactured from aluminium is light, aesthetic and durable. It fits most floors in apartments, offices and other institutions. Materials utilised in trench heating grilles are square and rectangular profiles as well as aluminium bars and angles which are also used in window and door joinery. The grille surface is anodised or painted to any RAL colour, in a powder paint shop, painted to the highest standards. Natural anodised colour is grey / satin, however, it is possible to order an anodised grille in black or gold. Our aluminium heating grilles are cross blade grilles. Aluminum grilles for the heating radiator can be powder coated in any color from the RAL palette. Powder coating is based on applying powder in the form of electrostatic or electrokinetic spray, on chemically and mechanically cleaned details (in this case aluminum rungs). Hardwood Trench Heating Grille
Hardwood Trench Heating Grille installed in the floor creates warm and cosy atmosphere. It is a perfect solution for both domestic and commercial use. The biggest advantage of these grilles is that they come in a variety of sizes and, as opposed to other material, we can cut them to the client's required height or length. We utilise oak and pine depending on our client's preference. We select only the best quality and properly dried wood from our suppliers thanks to which the trench platform will maintain its shape for long periods of time. Due to the nature of this material, shade and tree ring variations may occur. We will, however, do our best to eliminate the margin of these variations. Either roll-up or rigid versions of these wooden grilles are available depending on client needs.

Solid stainless steel grille
Trench Heating Grilles manufactured from stainless steel are beautiful, durable when even weight is applied, weather resistant and scratch resistant when cleaning the trench heating grille. Stainless steel matches perfectly with wooden floors, laminate flooring, tiles or resin flooring. The most frequently sought after and suggested by us grilles are the ones made of 20 x 10mm profiles. Inner dimensions are adjusted to client's trench. Due to the weight of stainless steel we suggest the maximum grille length of 100cm in one piece, but you can ordered as many pieces as you need. When it comes to trenches longer than 1m, grilles are divided in such a way that there is no difference in blade distance. At client's request, it is possible to make a longer grille, however, in this case we suggest that either the client collects it personally. The profile ends are deburred or, at client's request, sealed by plastic plugs.
