Rolled grilles can be custom-made for you regardless of length. However, we recommend dividing longer grilles into segments. We suggest making segments up to 2500 mm in length in one piece. For example: if you need a 4200 mm long grille, we recommend making it in two 2100 mm segments. These are contractual parameters, depending on the width and weight of the grille and customer needs. We manufacture the grille in as many parts as you need, and we do this at no extra cost.

Why divide the grille into segments?

1) Easier for cleaning / operating the radiator
2) We always provide multiple spare parts (replacement slats). If you ever mechanically damage a slat in a grille, you can replace it without tools. The longer the grille or segment, the more slats you need to remove to reach the damaged element.
3) You can flip the selected segment to the other side - our grilles are double-sided!!

Good to know! Currently, the longest grille was made for the Słowacki Theater in Krakow (Poland). A 14000 mm long grille made of 8 segments of 1750 mm each. However, the longest and widest heating grille was prepared for the Parc Audiovisuel & Télécom in Betzdorf, Germany. A grille 5483 mm x 490 mm, made in 4 segments.
